General Terms and Conditions (GTC)**

 

**1. Scope**

 

These general terms and conditions (GTC) apply to all business relationships between Dado Art GmbH (hereinafter "we", "us" or "tattoo studio") and our customers (hereinafter "you" or "customer"). This includes the sale of products, art objects, the booking of tattoo consultations, the payment of tattoo deposits and the booking of tattoo appointments via our website.

**3. Offer and conclusion of contract**

 

3.1. **Products and art objects**  

The presentation of the products and art objects in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to order. By clicking the "Buy" button, you place a binding order for the goods in the shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of the order is sent immediately after the order has been sent and does not constitute acceptance of the contract. The purchase contract is only concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation by email or by delivering the goods.

 

3.2. **Tattoo services**  

You can book a tattoo appointment or consultation online, by phone or in person at the studio. The appointment booking is binding as soon as you have received confirmation from us. A deposit is required to book the appointment.

 

**4. Prices and payment conditions**

The prices quoted are in Swiss francs (CHF) including statutory value added tax (VAT), unless otherwise stated.

 

4.2. **Payment methods**  

- For products and art objects: debit/credit card, Twint  

- For services: cash, debit/credit card, Twint

 

**5. Delivery and delivery conditions**

 

5.1. **Products and Art Objects**  

Delivery will be made to the delivery address you provided. Delivery times and costs are specified during the ordering process.

 

5.2. **Tattoo services**  

Services are provided in the studio. Appointments must be cancelled at least 5 days in advance. 

 

**6. Cancellation and withdrawal**

 

6.1. **Products and Art Objects**  

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period shall be 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you takes possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us an unambiguous declaration of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

 

6.2. **Tattoo services**  

Tattoo appointments and consultations can be cancelled free of charge up to 5 days before the agreed appointment. The deposit for tattoo appointments is 50.00 to 200.00 CHF and is included in the cost of the appointment. In the event of late cancellation or no-show, the deposit will be retained to cover the costs incurred.

 

**7. Liability and warranty**

 

7.1. **Products and Art Objects**  

The statutory warranty rights apply. If there are defects in the goods delivered, you are entitled to subsequent performance (repair or replacement delivery). If subsequent performance fails, you can reduce the purchase price or withdraw from the contract.

 

7.2. **Tattoo services**  

We are only liable for damages caused by gross negligence or intent. We accept no liability for allergic reactions or other health problems resulting from the treatment, unless these were caused by us through gross negligence or intent.

 

**8. Data protection**

 

Your data will only be used to process your order and booking and will be treated confidentially. You can find further information in our privacy policy.

 

**9. Final provisions**

 

9.1 Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

 

9.2 Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

 

9.3. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of our company.
